Eric joined CSA in the Winter of 2002 as the captain of one of the best teams in CSA history. W.P.O.A. was dominant in their inaugural season, going undefeated on the way to the championship game. They would go on to win another championship in the Summer of 2002. For the next three years, Eric and his teams were a central part of the Flag Football program and later on the co-ed softball program.
Eric's biggest impact to CSA was as an official. In the Co-ed and Men's flag football leagues, Eric refereed 252 games [10th all-time]. He was an official for the Five-Star Challenge, and returned to officiate the Memorial Melting Pot on January 28, 2012.
Rader is the only person to be named to the Top Ten list twice. When CSA announced the 2003 Top Ten list, he was selected #5. The next year, Eric was selected #1 for the 2004 Top Ten list.
